Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
In a blender, puree the peaches, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth
Fill glasses with ice cubes
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the peach mixture into each glass
Top with chilled Prosecco
Stir gently to combine
Serve immediately, garnished with peach slices or lemon twists if desired
