These avocado chicken burgers are a tasty and healthy take on regular chicken burgers. They are full of flavor and creamy avocado goodness.
Ingredients:
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mashed avocado, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cilantro, red onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
Mix until well combined
Form the mixture into four burger patties
Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat
Cook the burger patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through
