Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of red onion
- 4 slices of jalapeo pepper
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Sriracha mayo for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine ground pork, coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Form the pork mixture into 4 burger patties
Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat
Grill the pork patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through
During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese
Toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly browned
Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a pork patty with melted cheese, a slice of pineapple, a slice of tomato, a slice of red onion, and a slice of jalapeo pepper
Spread Sriracha mayo on the top bun and place it on top of the assembled ingredients
