The Towering Inferno Chili and Coconut Pork Burger



Experience the fiery and tropical flavors of our Towering Inferno Chili and Coconut Pork Burger. The juicy pork patty is infused with coconut milk, red curry paste, and a hint of spice, making it a sizzling delight. Topped with grilled pineapple, cheddar cheese, and a zesty Sriracha mayo, this burger is a taste sensation that will leave you craving more.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • 4 slices of jalapeo pepper
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Sriracha mayo for topping

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ground pork, coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Mix well

Form the pork mixture into 4 burger patties

Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat

Grill the pork patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through

During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese

Toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly browned

Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a pork patty with melted cheese, a slice of pineapple, a slice of tomato, a slice of red onion, and a slice of jalapeo pepper

Spread Sriracha mayo on the top bun and place it on top of the assembled ingredients
